Assistant Compensation HRIS Analyst: Long-Term Contract Assignment with opportunity for direct hire. $30/hr plus benefits
preparing ad hoc reports, system training, and providing support to client groups and HR team members.
– Assists with salary survey submittals: salary recommendations for promotions and new hires: assist with researching and providing relevant information on current and upcoming competitive labor markets to
ensure the competitiveness of pay at the local level.
– Provides assistance and support to the Compensation Analysts who are responsible for providing HRIS user/customer support, which includes but is not limited to Employee Self Service (ESS); Manager Self Service (MSS), Oracle; Data Warehouse; and other HRIS software; provide user training: troubleshoot
process and data issues.
– Supports the Compensation Analysts in research, suggestions, testing, and assisting with the implementation of: HRIS enhancements, customizations, patches, and upgrades: collaborate with functional and technical staff
to coordinate the application of upgrade or fix; document process and results; develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
– Assists with a number of compensation and HRIS projects in support of achieving annual objectives;
check/verify departmental work and complete job descriptions/job evaluations/job reclassifications.
– Operates Division office equipment, computer software, and hardware equipment, etc. Perform other duties as directed.

– Must have a basic knowledge of assigned division operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Word,
Oracle EBS experience is a plus.
– Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Customer Accounts & Billing Representative: $23/hr plus benefits
– Enter/retrieve data utilizing computer input/output equipment to update, correct or add information in the customer accounting system.
– Evaluate, investigate and respond to customer problems or complaints.
– Prepare/maintain various files, records, logs and reports to provide information to various departments
Experience with utility customer billing preferred but not required
– Must be able to work in an office setting under good conditions.
– Subject to occasional light lifting/carrying items to other locations/buildings.
– Sitting for extended periods of time.
