Barbara Knight has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in training and development, relationship/change management, communications, strategic planning, recruitment & staffing, and succession planning. She is a known expert in Human Resource Management in workforce development,
higher education, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and customer service. Her experience runs the gamut from working in sports & fitness, beverage industry, healthcare, electrical industries, and education from Nike, Pepsi-Cola, Thomas & Betts, Johnson & Johnson, and Southwest TN Community College.
Barbara has been successful in designing Human Resource programs, strategic planning, policy design, preparing job descriptions/success profiles, developing, recruiting, and training talents from hourly employees to senior level executives and business owners. She has implemented programs and policies in performance management, operations, education, and workforce development. She has managed the Human Resource functions for businesses in consolidation, mergers, acquisitions, start-ups, and closing operations/facilities.
